Sanger got its start in 1886 as a water stop on the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railroad, near north Denton County cattle ranches and the Chisholm Trail. Today the city's own welcome points out that it's just minutes from Lake Ray Roberts, for hiking, mountain biking, fishing and watersports. Sanger is about 11.5 miles north of Denton, and Damon serves it from our Denton base.

Can the city take it?
Republic Services picks up appliances, furniture and other household items too big for a cart once a week.
The limits:
- Up to four cubic yards per collection
- No single item over 100 pounds
- Refrigerant appliances need a tag from a certified technician
- Items have to be at the curb by 7 a.m. on collection day

Will the city pickup take stuff from a property cleanout?
No. The city's page excludes materials from general property cleanup. We clear whole properties, including garages, sheds and yards.
Can you tear down an old shed before I build?
Yes, if it's freestanding. Sheds, small outbuildings, decks, playsets and pergolas are all in scope. We'll usually look at it on site first.
Is Sanger too far north for you?
No. It's in Denton County, about 11.5 miles north of our base in Denton.
