- Text photos of each room, and tell us the floor, elevator or stairs, and where we can park.
- We coordinate access with you or the property manager.
- We carry everything out, sort it and load it.
- The unit is left empty and swept for cleaning and maintenance.
Where it ends up
Usable furniture and household goods go to local charities; the rest is recycled or taken to the landfill.

Can you clear a whole apartment in one visit?
Usually. It depends on the amount and access. Photos of every room help us plan the load.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We coordinate with managers and landlords on access and timing, and we respect community rules.
What about stairs and no elevator?
That's fine. Tell us the floor when you send photos so we bring the right help.
The tenant left a fridge that doesn't work. Can you take it?
Yes. Appliances can go in the same load.
