Junk Removal in Pilot Point, TX

Pilot Point calls itself the oldest settlement in Denton County, and its commercial district is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The city also credits its sandy loam soil with making it a good place to train and work horses, and Lake Ray Roberts sits less than two miles from town. Pilot Point is about 16.5 miles northeast of Denton, and Damon serves it from our Denton base.

Property Cleanouts

We used Damon to help clear out a house we were selling and to empty out a storage shed. He was prompt, efficient and very thorough in what he did. And his pricing was very good. We would use him again if the need arises.

General Junk Removal

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 experience! I cannot say enough good things about this company! They truly went above and beyond to help me get a very bulky pedicure chair removed. What stood out to me most was the level of kindness and customer service they showed throughout the entire process. They followed up with me, took the personal circumstances I had going on into consideration, and genuinely worked with me to figure out an option that would work for my situation. Then, when something came up last minute and I wasn’t able to be on-site for the removal, they STILL worked with me and found a way to get it taken care of. It’s rare to find a company that treats you like an actual person instead of just another job on the schedule. They were professional, understanding, accommodating, and incredibly helpful from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing junk or bulky-item removal. 10/10 — above and beyond service!

Pilot Point junk removal questions

Can you take down an old shed or outbuilding?

If it's freestanding, yes. We'll usually look at it on site first, then give a firm price before we tear it down and haul it.

My contractor left a debris pile. Will the city take it?

No. Contractor-produced waste is excluded. We haul wood scraps, drywall, tile, flooring, cabinets and roofing trash, but not cement.

Does my mattress have to be bagged for city pickup?

Per the Waste Connections guidelines the city links to, yes. We take mattresses unbagged, unless there are bed bugs or severe contamination.
