We tear down and haul old decks and porches, sheds and small outbuildings, swing sets and playsets, pergolas and other small exterior structures. Everything must be freestanding, not attached to the house or another structure.

Freestanding only: Everything we tear down has to be freestanding, not attached to the house or another structure.
How it goes: light demolition
- Call or text photos. For demo work we'll usually look at it on site first.
- We give you a firm price after the on-site look.
- We take it apart, protecting the landscaping and anything nearby.
- We haul every piece and leave the ground clear.
Where it ends up
We sort the debris: anything recyclable is recycled, and the rest goes to the landfill.

Can you remove a deck attached to my house?
No. We only take down structures that are not attached to the house or another structure.
Do you take the concrete footings?
No. We don't haul cement or concrete.
Can you remove an old swing set?
Yes, as long as it's freestanding. Swing sets and playsets are on our list.
Do you need to see it first?
Usually. Demo jobs vary a lot, so we like an on-site look before giving a firm price.
