For a few services, yes. Construction debris runs 1/4 load $250–300, 1/2 load $500–550 and full load $800+; most hot tub removals run $400–$1,000; single storage units start at $125+. Everything else is quoted from photos.

Sometimes. Same-day service is possible when the schedule allows, and we're flexible about timing. It isn't always available, because Damon works shifts at the fire department and has a family. We'll fit you in as soon as we can.

Yes. For whole-house, estate or demolition jobs we usually look on site first. The walkthrough is free and there's no obligation.

Almost everything: household junk, furniture, mattresses, appliances, yard debris, construction debris, and the contents of garages, sheds, apartments, storage units and whole properties. If it isn't hazardous, we can usually take it.

Hazardous waste (paints, chemicals, fuel, oils), cement and concrete, and mattresses with severe biohazard contamination or an active bed bug infestation.

No. A licensed electrician and a licensed plumber need to disconnect power and water before we arrive. Once it's disconnected, we cut it down, haul it and clean up.

Yes, if it's freestanding. We take down decks and porches, sheds and small outbuildings, swing sets and playsets, pergolas and small exterior structures that aren't attached to the house or another structure.

After the job is finished to your satisfaction. Nothing is charged up front.
