⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 experience! I cannot say enough good things about this company! They truly went above and beyond to help me get a very bulky pedicure chair removed. What stood out to me most was the level of kindness and customer service they showed throughout the entire process. They followed up with me, took the personal circumstances I had going on into consideration, and genuinely worked with me to figure out an option that would work for my situation. Then, when something came up last minute and I wasn’t able to be on-site for the removal, they STILL worked with me and found a way to get it taken care of. It’s rare to find a company that treats you like an actual person instead of just another job on the schedule. They were professional, understanding, accommodating, and incredibly helpful from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing junk or bulky-item removal. 10/10 — above and beyond service!
Absolutely amazing experience. Our renters bailed out on their last month and left our home a mess. Damon and his team were able to come with short notice and did an amazing job, I was out of town and they were able to coordinate with my wife, and she felt extremely comfortable with the whole process. I would give them bonus stars if could. 10/10 highly recommended!!!!!!
Great experience hauling away a broken fridge with spoiled food on the same day I reached out. Very easy to do business with and available when I was in a bind. I would not hesitate to be a repeat customer. Edit: after my first (great!) experience I reached out to Damon and team to help start and estate clean out. Their promptness, kindness and attention to detail has made a huge difference with a garage clean out as well as premium level assistance inside the house. I would not hesitate to recommend and use the team again.
