Trophy Club calls itself the first master-planned community in Texas, with over 1,000 acres of parks and 36 holes of golf winding through its neighborhoods. Trophy Club Park sits on the north shore of Grapevine Lake, with hiking and biking trails, a disc golf course and an off-road vehicle area. It's about 15.6 miles south of Denton, and Damon and our crew handle the jobs CWD's weekly pickup leaves behind.
What we haul in Trophy Club
- Construction Debris Removal
CWD's bulk pickup excludes construction debris, and drywall, cabinets and flooring are on our list.
- Hot Tub Removal
Anything over 150 pounds is off the bulk list; we cut a spa down and haul the pieces.
- Yard Debris Removal
Loose brush isn't picked up, only tied bundles, and we load it untied.
- Garage Cleanouts
Loose household debris has to be contained for CWD; we just load it.
- Light Demolition
An outgrown freestanding playset or pergola comes down and leaves with us.

Can the city take it?
Community Waste Disposal (CWD) collects bulky waste and tied brush bundles once a week, on your second trash day.
The limits:
- Up to 4 cubic yards a week included
- No single item over 150 pounds
- No loose brush, loose household debris or construction debris
- Items have to be at the curb by 7 a.m.
That's where we come in.
We carry it out from wherever it is, on a day that works for you, priced by how much of the truck it fills.

Will CWD take my old hot tub?
Not if it's over 150 pounds, which CWD excludes. We break hot tubs down and haul them once an electrician and plumber have disconnected power and water.
Do you take brush that isn't bundled?
Yes. We load loose brush and limbs as they are and price by trailer space.
Can you haul out a kitchen remodel?
Yes. Cabinets, drywall, flooring, tile and wood scraps. We can't take cement.
